All orders from the website (Except WHOLESALE) are shipped from our fulfillment center in Atlanta, Georgia.

Handling time takes up to 2 days once all item orders are in stock. Pre-orders may take a longer period to be dispatched from the center.  If you placed an order with a pre-order item. Please contact us and let us know if we should partially ship (ship items that are available) until the particular items have been restocked. 

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are shipped to you straight from Jamaica!

Handling time takes a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 14 days after receiving payment, based on the item ordered and its availability. 

Shipping takes another 3-7 days after dispatched from Jamaica. 

Shipping cost varies based on the total weight and destination. 

All orders are dispatched within 3-14 business days of receiving payment, and a tracking number is provided once shipped.
